
Dr. Claudine “CC” Falcis – Practice Owner/Veterinarian
Dr. CC grew up observing her father, Dr. Fernando Falcis, practice Veterinary Medicine. Graduating from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008, Dr. CC has been working at St. Francis Veterinary Hospital under the tutelage of her father. In October 2013, Dr. CC took over the practice from her father, continuing the family practice of compassionate veterinary care. Dr. CC is a general practitioner who is interested in all aspects of Veterinary Medicine. She works hard to make sure her patients have the best care. When out of the office, Dr. CC enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, 3 cats, and energetic dog.

Dr. Inna Magner – Relief Veterinarian
After earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in Europe in 2002, Dr. Inna moved to the US and obtained her US Veterinary license in 2005 from Purdue University. She did a small animal internship with Sacramento Animal Medical Group (VCA) then moved to the Bay area to join a busy, high pace clinic, working as a general practitioner with a focus on internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, geriatric care, preventative care and pain management.
In the past few years, Dr. Inna became acquainted with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This opened her to the possibility of using TCM and alternative modalities for her patients, particularly those with chronic illnesses, pets with neurological problems and geriatric pets. Being a certified Veterinary Acupuncturist and a Veterinary Tui Na Practitioner, she now uses a holistic approach to animal healthcare by integrating Eastern and Western methods.
When not working, Dr. Inna periodically volunteers with Vet SOS Veterinary Street Outreach Services and Muttville Senior Dog Rescue. On the weekends, she enjoys doing beach clean-ups with her kids and explores the beautiful Bay Area outdoors with her family, discovering dog-friendly hiking trails. Her fur babies are two rescue cats named Shmill and Blueberry and a super energetic rescue dog named Amber.”
Michelle – Practice Manager
Michelle has been in the veterinary industry since 2000. she graduated with an economics degree & has completed veterinary management training. Michelle’s duties include helping manage client relations, team members, financial duties, marketing and assisting Dr. Falcis with business transactions & various hospital projects. Michelle takes care of any issues that may arise so that the hospital continues to run smoothly.
During her days off, she spends her time dabbling in cake decorating, arts & crafts, cheering on her sports-minded teenage son and exploring new places with her husband.
